Income Not Guaranteed
Joining IHUB either as a Customer, a Host, or an Affiliate brings great value. However, it is critical for a prospective Affiliate to be aware that IHUB is an entity in the business of providing hotspots to Customers, Hosts, and Affiliates. IHUB is NOT a trading entity. IHUB, its Affiliates, and any other individual or entity associated with the Company, as any other investment or commissioned occupation, do NOT guarantee the successful mining of HNT, any sort of return from HNT production, or any other guaranteed income or result.
IHUB is presenting this Affiliate Agreement for Affiliates to join in an opportunity to grow the Helium network and possibly benefit from the HNT results, NOT to join in a guaranteed income stream. To reiterate, IHUB is an entity marketing hotspots and the potential for the growth of the Helium network and has no control over the market or how a particular Affiliate’s decision to join the opportunity will result.
Individuals and entities join the opportunity and operate at their own risk understanding that there is a potential for positive results but also the potential for the decision to result in a net loss. IHUB provides the services for individuals or entities to proceed with their desired plans, whether through simply marketing the IHUB opportunity, purchasing and operating their own hotspot, or purchasing a hotspot and finding additional hotspot locations via a Company-approved Host in accordance with the Host Agreement. IHUB will NEVER comment on, provide further information for, or have any impact on any particular financial strategy or decision one may take.
All HNT that is mined or otherwise gained through using IHUB services will all come into the control of IHUB corporate so that IHUB may distribute the appropriate proportions in accordance with the particular results owed an Affiliate through their own operations of a hotspot or the provisions of the particular Host Agreement signed between Affiliate and Host.
IHUB is aware of and encouraged by the large potential upside that exists in the cryptocurrency sector. IHUB is in the business of marketing hotspots in an effort to expand the greater Helium network. Affiliates are an important aspect of this model. The value of the assets mined by IHUB hotspots can be volatile causing fluctuating swings in price. IHUB cannot guarantee that any Affiliate, Host, or Customer will receive any type of increase in their personal holdings through their time as an IHUB Affiliate, Host, or Customer.
The crypto market is highly volatile. It’s not uncommon for cryptoassets to experience significant declines in value over a short period of time. This is true with the larger cryptoassets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. It’s especially true with the smaller tokens, including HNT.
While IHUB is in the business of expanding the Helium network and would welcome the increase in the value of HNT, HNT is a decentralized platform in which IHUB has no control of the outcome. IHUB has zero control over the output of the hotspots or the overall market value of HNT.
There is a chance that any Affiliate, Host, or Customer may not receive any positive results from partaking in the IHUB program. IHUB cannot guarantee that the price of HNT will make an individual’s output worth the endeavor. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and do not proceed if you are unable to handle the volatile price swings in the cryptocurrency space. This business is not geared towards short-term speculators. IHUB markets Helium hotspots in the attempt to expand the Helium mesh network for Internet of Things (“IoT”) devices. This expansion is the primary goal of the IHUB Global business model.
iHub Global Rewards System
The iHub.Global Rewards System is designed for anyone and everyone. Our Rewards System allows you to earn Crypto (HNT) Rewards generated from iHub Hotspots. As an Affiliate, you are eligible to receive up to 20% Referral Rewards on the HNT generated from all their personally enrolled Affiliate’s Hotspots.
Once a hosted Hotspot is synced with the Helium blockchain it will start generating HNT rewards. HNT Rewards are calculated as a percentage of an iHub Hotspot’s total (100%) mining production.
With our Rewards System, you can earn 10-35% of the HNT mined from every Host and/or Affiliate you enroll, regardless of whether you are hosting a unit yourself. You can enroll an unlimited number of Hosts and/or Affiliates. You can also earn 5-15% of the HNT mined from indirectly enrolled Affiliates who have received an iHub Hotspot.
It is not necessary to host a Hotspot to be able to fully participate in this Rewards System. Enrollment as an iHub Global Affiliate is free for everyone. You don’t even need to provide a payment method when you join. The optional costs include leasing a hotspot and using our upgraded versions of software.

Requirements for Hosting a Hotspot
There are three basic requirements:
- You must be registered in Ihub Global as either an individual or business entity.
- You must reserve an iHub Hotspot for a specific installation address
- Providing iHub Global is deploying Hotspots to your country, you then can lock it into the deployment queue with a $99 Application fee and by choosing either:
- A Lease Option of $18.00 monthly (paid upon delivery of the Hotspot) or
- A $400 Security Deposit that is eventually refunded back to you.
(Either the lease payment or the deposit is made upon delivery or preparation for delivery of the Hotspot.)
Hosting Rewards
When you host an iHub Hotspot you earn 25% of the HNT tokens generated by the Hotspot.
Host Referral Reward
As the Affiliate, once you have personally referred five Affiliates who have become active by locking in a reserved Hotspot, your referral reward increases to 20% of the Hotspot production of all your personally enrolled Affiliates’ Hotspots. Congratulations, you just moved one step closer to building a financial wall around you and your family.
EXAMPLE: When you refer five people who host a Hotspot, and those Hotspots each generate 5 HNT, for a total of 25 HNT, the Hosts each earn 25%: 5 HNT x 25% = 1.25 HNT earned per host. As the referring Affiliate, you earn 20% on each Hotspot: 5 HNT x 20% = 1 HNT per Hotspot x 5 Hotspots = you earned 5 HNT total!
To calculate how much that would be in dollars, simply multiply by the current market price, which you can find in your iHub Global back office by logging in at the website iHub.Global.

PRO NETWORK REWARDS
Setting in place your PRO NETWORK. Go PRO!
Going PRO is very easy. By simply reaching out to those who would also love to earn the Crypto currency (HNT), you set in motion your very own Pro NETWORK. This is how it works in two simple steps:
First Step – After they enroll with iHub Global, they can reserve their home or office address for an iHub Hotspot and lock it in so no one can take it. Once one of your personally enrolled Affiliates locks in a Hotspot, that Affiliate position becomes active and begins developing your Pro Network.
Second Step – You have completed building your Pro Network when you have personally enrolled 5 Affiliates who locked-in IHub Hotspots.
Beginning with the next weekly pay cycle, you then begin receiving 20% HNT Rewards (instead of 10%) on the HNT production of EVERY Hotspot from ALL your personally enrolled Affiliates!
In addition to receiving Referral Rewards on the Hotspots of your personally enrolled Pro Network members, you also receive Matching Rewards. (See the Matching Rewards section following the end of the section on Coded Rewards.)

BRONZE CODED NETWORK
The Bronze Rank begins with your 6th personally enrolled "Active Affiliate". Active Affiliate - A person who has agreed to the iHub Global terms and conditions and who is either hosting an iHub Hotspot or has someone anywhere in their team who is hosting an iHub Hotspot.
Your Bronze Network includes not only your 10 personally enrolled Active Bronze Network Affiliates (your 6th through 15th), but also their Pro Networks (their first 5), and all the Pro Networks (the first 5) that develop from their Pro Networks, and so on.
Your Bronze Network does not include the Bronze Networks created by those in your Bronze Network. For example, when any Affiliate (let’s call her Pam) in your Bronze Network reaches the rank of Bronze and has their own 6th Active Affiliate, their 6th Active Affiliate begins their own Bronze Network just as your 6th Active Affiliate began your Bronze Network. However, Pam, her Pro Network, and their Pro Network and so on, always remains part of your Bronze Network.
You will earn the following Coded Rewards on your Bronze Network:
Bronze Network members are permanently coded to you with a 5% Bronze Code, which means a 5% Reward of all HNT produced by Bronze Network members’ Hotspots. The 5% Reward is paid on ALL Affiliates inside your Bronze Network as explained above.

The Silver Rank begins with your 16th personally enrolled Active Affiliate and continues through your 25th enrolled Active Affiliate.
Your Silver Network includes not only your 10 personally enrolled Active Silver Network Affiliates (your 16th through 25th), but also their Pro Networks (their first 5), and all the Pro Networks (the first 5) that develop from their Pro Networks, and so on.
It also includes the Bronze Networks (An Affiliates’ 6th through 15th Active enrolled Affiliates) developed by your 10 personally enrolled Active Silver Network Affiliates (your 16th through 25th) as well as the Bronze Networks developed by your personally enrolled Silver Network Affiliates’ Pro Networks, and their Pro Networks and so on.
Your Silver Network does not include the Silver Networks created by those in your Silver Network. For example, when any Affiliate (let’s call him Tom) in your Silver Network reaches the rank of Silver and has their own 16th Active Affiliate, their 16th Active Affiliate begins their own Silver Network just as your 16th Active Affiliate began your Silver Network. However, Tom, his Pro Network and Bronze Network and their Pro Networks and Bronze Networks and so on, always remains part of your Silver Network.
You will earn the following Coded Rewards on your Silver Network:
Your personally enrolled Silver Network members and their Pro Networks and their Pro Networks, and so on, are permanently coded to you with both a 5% Bronze Code as well as a 5% Silver Code which means a 10% Reward of all HNT produced by their Hotspots.
Additionally, you will earn a 5% Silver Code on all the Hotspots hosted by all the members of the Bronze Networks developed in your Silver Network as explained above.

The Gold Rank begins with your 26th personally enrolled Active Affiliate
Your Gold Network not only begins with your 26th personally enrolled Active Affiliate but continues indefinitely with each additional personally enrolled Active Affiliate.
It includes their Pro Networks (their first 5), and all the Pro Networks (the first 5) that develop from their Pro Networks, and so on.
It also includes the Bronze Networks (An Affiliates’ 6th through 15th Active enrolled Affiliates) developed by your personally enrolled Active Gold Network Affiliates (your 26th and all thereafter) as well as the Bronze Networks developed by your personally enrolled Gold Network Affiliates’ Pro Networks, and their Pro Networks and so on.
It also includes the Silver Networks (An Affiliates’ 16th through 25th Active enrolled Affiliates) developed by your personally enrolled Active Gold Network Affiliates (your 26th and all thereafter) as well as the Silver Networks developed by your personally enrolled Gold Network Affiliates’ Pro Networks and Bronze Networks, and their Pro Networks and Bronze Networks and so on.
Your Gold Network does not include the Gold Networks created by those in your Gold Network. For example, when any Affiliate (let’s call her Judy) in your Gold Network reaches the rank of Gold and has their own 26th Active Affiliate, their 26th Active Affiliate begins their own Gold Network just as your 26th Active Affiliate began your Gold Network. However, Judy, her Pro Network, Bronze Network and Silver Network, and their Pro Networks, Bronze Networks, and Silver Networks and so on, always remains part of your Gold Network.
You will earn the following Coded Rewards on your Gold Network:
Your personally enrolled Gold Network members and their Pro Networks and their Pro Networks, and so on, are permanently coded to you with a 5% Bronze Code, a 5% Silver Code, as well as a 5% Gold Code which means a 15% Reward of all HNT produced by their Hotspots.
Additionally, you will earn both 5% Silver Code as well as a 5% Gold Code on all the Hotspots hosted by all the members of the Bronze Networks developed in your Gold Network as explained above.
And finally, you will earn a 5% Gold Code on all the Hotspots hosted by all the members of the Silver Networks developed in your Gold Network as explained above.

Pro Network Matching Code Rewards
Earn Big with your Pro Network! Each Affiliate receives Matching Rewards as a percentage of the Coded Rewards earned by your first 5 personally enrolled Active Affiliates (your Pro Network) on their Bronze, Silver, and Gold Networks.
The percentage of the Pro Network Matching Rewards is determined by your achievement of rank as Pro, Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
The percentage of the Pro Team Matching Rewards that you receive is determined by your rank and becomes immediately effective in the next pay cycle after your new rank is achieved. You achieve the new rank as soon as you have the first active leg in the Team. You receive the rank of Pro with your 1st active leg, the rank of Bronze with your 6th active leg, the rank of Silver with your 16th active leg, and the rank of Gold with your 26th active leg. There is no limit to number of people you can enroll on your Gold Team.

Glossary of Terms
Active Affiliate - A person who has agreed to the terms and conditions and who is hosting an iHub Hotspot or has someone anywhere in their team who is hosting an iHub Hotspot.
Active Leg - A personally enrolled Affiliate and their team where at least one iHub Hotspot is hosted.
Code Match Rewards – Rewards earned as a percentage of the Coded Rewards earned by your first 5 personally enrolled Active Affiliates (your Pro Network) on their Bronze, Silver, and Gold Networks.
Code Rewards - Rewards earned once the rank of Bronze, Silver, and Gold is achieved.
Deployment Queue - The deployment number issued to establish a shipping Sequence.
Helium Blockchain - The Helium Blockchain is a new Blockchain built from the ground up to incentivize the creation of decentralized, public wireless network. The Helium Blockchain is based on a new, novel work algorithm called Proof of Coverage, and rewards miners with HNT, the native token of the Helium Blockchain. Helium Systems, Inc. – Developed the Helium Hotspot, a hybrid of a LoRa WAN Gateway and the Helium Blockchain, also created by Helium Systems, Inc. HeliumTrack - Proprietary software designed to provide full functionality in the planning and hosting of Hotspots.
HNT - A Crypto-currency unique to helium systems and the Helium Blockchain.
Host - A person who has agreed to the terms and conditions and is hosting an iHub Hotspot.
Host Referral - A person who has directly referred a person who is hosting an iHub Hotspot.
Hotspot – Low frequency radio wave device provisioned with proprietary software for data transmission across the Helium Network. Also called a “miner” because it produces HNT Crypto currency as a reward for the data transmission and other tasks it performs.
